What could your 60 minutes look like?
There is no single correct way to experience Fire & Ice. Here is one of the flows our team may suggest for the ultimate contrast therapy experience. However, you are welcome to use the facilities in the way that best supports your recovery.
Step 2 - Ice
Cold plunge
Enter the 9°C or 2°C plunge for approximately 30 seconds to 3 minutes,
depending on your comfort and experience (coaching is provided).

Step 3- Fire
Return to fire
Spend approximately 20-25 more minutes relaxing in the sauna.

Step 4 - Ice
Second plunge
Complete another 30 seconds to 3 minutes in the cold plunge when it feels appropriate for you.

Step 5 - Transcend
Finish your way
End your session in the jacuzzi and/or relax while using the compression boots.

No. You are welcome to adapt the session to your personal
preferences. You may choose which facilities you would like
to use and how you would like to structure your session.
Yes. Our cold plunge coaches and floor team are available to
guide first-time clients and beginners throughout the experience.
You can progress at your own pace.
Please bring a swimsuit. We also recommend bringing a refillable
bottle, although filtered water is available at Transcend.
Towels and flip-flops are provided.
The Intro Pack is intended for new Transcend clients who are residents or half residents of Mallorca and may
only be purchased once per person.
The Intro Pack is valid for 30 days following your first session.
No. Intro Packs are non-transferable and sessions may not be shared.
If you'd like to share a session with someone, please purchase our
regular packs.
Some facilities may not be suitable for everyone. Please contact
the Transcend team before purchasing if you are pregnant, have a
medical condition or are unsure whether sauna, cold exposure,
jacuzzi use or compression therapy is suitable for you.
Yes. Your Intro Pack includes 3 one-hour credits, but you’re
free to book 30-minute sessions using 0.5 credit each. We
recommend the full 60 minutes—especially for your first
visit—to make the most of all the facilities.
